Our Medical Brokerage Features
We are currently affiliated with a first-class hospital in China (equivalent to a national hospital in Japan) and provide medical consultation, diet and exercise therapy, and other support after patients return to their home countries.
During a short stay in Japan, it is not always possible to provide sufficient support only at Japanese hospitals due to time constraints, but our affiliated doctors provide this part of the support after the patient returns to Japan.
In addition, due to language barriers and lack of communication, some patients may feel anxious or frustrated after returning to their home country, but the support of doctors in their home country can ease their anxiety and frustration.
Our local travel agency will support the patient from application to departure to Japan, while Doutatsu Japan (our company) will support the patient from arrival in Japan to return to Japan, and after returning to Japan, the local affiliated hospital will cooperate to support the patient.
Since our Japanese staff members are in charge of dealing with hospitals, there are almost no problems with foreign patients due to differences in sensibilities and customs.
